I think attitude is defined by how you approach an obstacle. Whether it is work or school, a person's attitude is exemplified by how they deal with it. The byproduct of attitude is either a smile or a frown. I can improve in this area by better preparing myself for any event that arises.

WE #10 - Attitude
I think attitude is defined by how you approach an obstacle. Whether it is work or school, a person's attitude is exemplified by how they deal with it. The byproduct of attitude is either a smile or a frown. I can improve in this area by better preparing myself for any event that arises.

I chose the video because it motivates in a very short time. The video is simple and direct.

WE #6 - Communication
I think communication is the effective listening and
speaking of words from one person to another.
Communication is very essential, especially in the work place. Without communication many tasks might not get
done at the proper time and/or in the right way. I believe I can improve in this area by
speaking more efficiently.

WE #4 - Teamwork
I think teamwork is just what the name
suggests, working in a team. I believe
teamwork means being able to participate in a group to meet a certain
goal. Each member in a team must pull
his or her on weight to achieve that goal.
I can improve in this area by listening to other team member’s ideas and
concerns.
Social Media Lawsuit
A school bus driver has been fired because of Facebook. The bus driver overheard one of the students
say that “they were hungry” because they could not afford to pay to eat lunch
at school. After hearing this, the bus
driver posted on to Facebook to try to gain attention that students going
hungry should be given free lunch. The
school board soon found out and told the bus driver he could change his story
or be fired. The bus driver is now suing
the school to change the district’s policies and get his job back.

WE #3 - Respect
I believe respect is simply treating something or someone
the way that you want to be treated. I
think respect is the driving force that creates a smile on a person’s
face. Even from a supervisor’s
standpoint, there is a right way and a wrong way to get your point across. Respect is not only directed toward people,
but a person can also have respect for nature, property, and/or life. I consider respect to be chore that must be completed everyday.

Project 4.5.1
How can I search for a file?
To search for a file on an operating system, you must use the search feature, usually represented by a search box and/or magnifying glass icon. The search feature allows the user to enter information about the file and helps locate the file. The Finder on a Mac and Windows Explorer on a Windows computer can also help you search for what you need.

WE #2-Attendance
I believe attendance means showing up when you are expected
to; whether it is for school or for work.
Attendance is important because it puts a person where they are supposed
to be and when they are supposed to be there.
Attendance can identify a person’s dependability and also their
character.
I think I can
improve is this area to some extent. Even
though I may always show up, I am not always on time. And being on time is just as important as
showing up.Saturday, February 21, 2015
WE #1 - Character
In my opinion, the character of a person is essentially what
makes up that person. On occasion you
can look at a person and can determine a person’s character. Whether that person smiles, is friendly, or
even their posture.
However, a
person’s character is usually defined by their actions. Will that person go the extra mile? Does that
person complain? Does that person handle
well under stressful situations?
I believe I
can improve on being more positive. Even
though I don’t consider myself to be a wet blanket, I certainly can improve on
seeing the sunshine instead of the rain.
